Puppy Classes

Great fun for you and your pup!

Join our Puppy Classes and your dog will learn some invaluable skills. They will get to socialise with other dogs while learning essential commands including toilet training and lead walking, and you will learn all about your dog and how to keep them well-behaved. Here is our schedule:

Week ONE:

Introductions
Socialising
Nutrition
Training
Rules and tones of voices
Toilet training
Biting
Feeding
Training: SIT and RECALL

Week TWO:

Health – vaccination
Worming
Fleas
Poisons
SIT and RECALL practice

Week THREE:

Grooming and products
Physical exam
Training tips – sit, down, stay, recall, lead walking

Week FOUR:

Microchipping
De-sexing (Community Card holders can apply to council and they pay the full amount of desexing)
Council registration

GRADUATION!

REQUIREMENTS:

Puppies should be between 8-12 weeks of age
All classes held on Monday nights between 6.30 – 7.30pm at Gardens Vet Clinic
$100 for complete course
All puppies must have had their first vaccination and be up to date with their worm and flea treatments
All puppies must be on a lead at all times
